And I felt ZERO guilt. This is huge. I used to obsess, stress, and worry about every bite I ate and how much weight I would instantly gain. This year things are different.

It's all about the change in my mindset, my relationship to food, and how I move my body. 

There's also a lot of talk about pie. :-)

Happy Halloween! In this episode I talk about my 4 costume changes this year and how each one was part trick and part treat. I used to avoid Halloween because I am not super creative and never felt like I could make a good enough costume.

 

But this year, I leaned in, wore 4 different costumes and had a great time! Come join me and listen as I tell you what happened with each one.

Healthy Holidays

Every year I eat some extra food, my work outs slowly disappear and I enter the New Year with a few extra pounds and feeling like a slug. 

I want to do things differently this year. 

Will you join me and we can do it together?
 

  • Do you gain weight over the holidays? I do and I'm a personal trainer.
  • Do you abandon your work out routine?
  • Do you approach January 1st as the day you'll start AGAIN?
  • Do you stress out the entire holiday season?
  • Do you promise to START AGAIN on January 1st?

You're not alone. I do this too. Every year I gain a few pounds, stop working out as much, and tell myself that I'll lose the pounds in January.

It doesn't have to be that way.

Join our Healthy Holiday Challenge. It starts Monday November 14th and runs through January 2nd. Yes, that's right. THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS.

This challenge includes:

  • Weekly emails with movement and fitness challenges to meet.
  • An at home or travel work out you can do anywhere.
  • A weekly nutrition challenge to help you stay on track with food.
