In this episode I talk about making a big scary change for me in 2018. I am no longer accepting new personal training clients and focusing soley on life coaching. But what is hard is leaving part of your identity behind to create a new one.

Whether you know it or not, you are creating results in your life. It's helpful to identify where you got results you didn't want and look at how you created that.
This concept has been eye opening for me.
We are finishing the year with a series of the "10 Lessons I Learned in 2017."
Our first one is "Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions."
The biggest lesson I learned is to tune into my subconscious and conscious thoughts and how big of an impact they have on my life.
